Pivot provides an environment for people to own challenges, learn and grow.

It is the mission of helping people achieve their goal to quit smoking that attracted me, and using innovative technology to do it.

It's all about the people. I wanted to work with kind, smart, and mission driven people, and Pivot certainly has a lot of those - I haven't met anyone who isn't all of these things. I am so happy with the choice I made to work here.

The community that the company has built is very welcoming and everyone has a common goal of doing good and changing lives.

Working to solve a problem much bigger than all of us is something I find to be incredibly compelling!
